If the Microphone does not work well, please start with a diagnostic test with your cellphone first.

  • After your computer has booted completely, wait for your Yeti to show up on your Sound Menu Recording Devices Tab.Before you start, please ensure your boom microphone is NOT muted.
  • It is crucial at this point to restart your computer.
  • Once the uninstallation is complete unplug your Blue Mic.
  • If your Blue Mic driver still has a yellow exclamation mark, we can try reinstalling the driver.
  • Proceed with the following steps if the above steps did not work.
  • If successful, you should find your mic under the Sound Menu Recording tab.

  • Select “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer”.
